A sauna directory built for people who actually want to know what's inside before they go.
Why we built it
Searching "sauna near me" mixes real bathhouses with hot tub stores, tanning salons and hotel spas you can't get into. The details that matter most, like whether there's a cold plunge, a traditional or infrared sauna, or a Korean spa, are buried in reviews. We pull those details out so you can filter for them.
How we find and check venues
- We start from public business listings in each city, including places listed as saunas, bathhouses, spas, wellness studios and gyms.
- We only include a place when its listing or its reviews show a sauna, steam room or cold plunge that visitors can use.
- We remove stores that sell saunas and hot tubs, tanning salons, hotels, clinics and places that are permanently closed.
- Features like "cold plunge" or "infrared" come from each venue's categories and from what visitors mention in Google reviews.
- We sort each place into one type: sauna and bathhouse, spa with sauna, recovery studio, gym with sauna, or mobile sauna rental.
How we make money
We may show ads and, later, clearly labeled featured listings. Paid placement never changes our filters, ratings or editorial picks.
